• Eisenhower Medical Center is a not-for-profit 261-bed hospital situated on a 100-acre campus in Rancho Mirage, California, that it shares with the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences, the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center and the Betty Ford Center.

Hospitalist Program Profile

• At Eisenhower Medical the Hospitalist Team of seven full-time physicians will provide on-site service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Day shifts are generally 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., night shifts are 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. 
• The schedule consists of four to seven days on and four to seven days off. Each full time hospitalist will work up to 192 hours of clinical professional medical services per month, consisting of approximately 12 and eight-hour shifts.
• The Hospitalist Team provides service response for codes, consultations, inpatient episodic medical care, ICU procedures, unassigned ED call and patient admission/discharge.
• The Hospitalist Program is an integral component for the delivery of inpatient healthcare at Eisenhower.
