Hospitalist Program Profile

  • The Hospitalist Team of five full time physicians provide on-site service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shifts are generally 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.; schedule consists of four to seven days on and four to seven days off. Each full time hospitalist will provide up to 192 hours of clinical professional medical services per month consisting of approximately 12 hour and eight hour shifts.
  • The Hospitalist Team provides service response for codes, consultations, inpatient episodic medical care, ICU procedures, unassigned ED call and patient admission/discharge.
