Dr. Spencer joined HMG in 2005 as Assistant Medical Director of the HMG St. Luke’s Hospital Hospitalist Program in Maumee, Ohio, was promoted in 2007 to Medical Director of the HMG Flower Hospital Hospitalist Program in Sylvania, Ohio and to Regional Medical Director of HMG’s Toledo, Ohio market in 2008.

She has administrative and clinical responsibility for three HMG practice sites in Ohio and Michigan where she works collaboratively with HMG’s Chief Medical Officer, Senior Medical Director and Operations Team and client hospital leadership to ensure her HMG practices exceed operational expectations.

Dr. Spencer has been a practicing hospitalist since 2005 and was an Emergency Physician for four years prior to joining HMG. She is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She completed her Doctorate of Medicine at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio and her Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio.
