Martin J. Fallon, Esq.

Martin J. Fallon, Esq. is HMG's Vice President and General Counsel. He has 20 years of legal experience focused upon the representation of physicians and hospitals. Marty handles the corporate legal affairs of HMG and its affiliated physician practice groups, and he also directs HMG's health care regulatory compliance, risk management and professional liability insurance programs.

Immediately prior to joining HMG in 2006, Marty spent six years as Corporate Counsel for one of the nation's leading emergency medicine providers. During that time, he provided legal and regulatory counsel to managers throughout the organization as well as to affiliated medical billing and collection companies. He also created and implemented comprehensive Health Care Corporate Compliance and HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule Compliance Programs. Marty was also a partner in a Cleveland based law firm and he has over ten years of experience defending physicians and hospitals in professional liability litigation.

Marty received a Bachelors degree from Boston College and a law degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania State Bar Association, the West Virginia State Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
